The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to send the offer for catering services.
Event: Training Design for Enterprises (BISNet Transylvania project).
Location: Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3
Date: April 20, 2017. The duration of the event is 8 hours (time interval 9:00 - 17:00).
Number of participants: maximum 35 people.
The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

Catering services for up to 35 participants:
- welcome coffee with espresso coffee, milk for coffee, sugar, water - 500 ml bottles of silver and mineral and sweet and salty pastry;
- coffee break: coffee, milk for coffee, sugar, water – bottles of 500 ml plata and mineral and sweet and salty pastry;
- lunch – four types of sandwich / person (in buns / mini baguettes of 100 – 120 gr; wrapped separately); content options – chicken, vegetables, cheese, etc.
Napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic/paper cups), plates, cutlery, etc. will also be provided.
Estimated value is 45 lei / person + VAT.
Estimated total for a maximum of 35 people – 1,575 lei + VAT.
The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the cost / participant.
