• FORM / TYPE OF TRAINING: online course MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, with issuance of a graduation certificate issued by the supplier
• NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 16
• PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM:          

Between April and June 2021

• COURSE SUBJECTS/ COMPETENCES CERTIFIED UPON GRADUATION:
  • Initiation, planning, execution, completion, monitoring and control of construction projects financed from non-reimbursable funds
  • Relevant legislative aspects regarding the field of constructions and regarding the field of public procurement
  • Using the PM methodological guide² version 3.0, developed and applied by the European Commission
• DURATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM: minimum 24 hours of theoretical training and minimum 48 hours of practical training under the guidance of the trainer
