Purchase object description (technical specifications)
Publication of an advertisement in a general print publication, distributed regionally or nationally, appearing daily (at least from Monday to Friday).
The ad will contain a maximum of 150 words.
The ad will be published on the classifieds pages under the "Environmental Ads" category (if any).
A copy of the edition in which the announcement will be published will be delivered to the beneficiary's address (Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, Cluj Napoca, Cluj county, postal code: 400118), and to the email addresses secretariat@nord-vest.ro and seapor@nord-vest.ro a copy in .pdf format of the publication in which it was published will be sent (at the latest on the day of publication of the announcements, but not later than 12 o'clock).
The date of publication will be communicated by the beneficiary, in December 2021, together with the transmission of the text related to the announcement (with typescript), on the day before publication, no later than 5 p.m.
The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:
The offer will include the price per word without VAT and the invoicing will be done after the publication of the ad, depending on the number of words (content) of it.
Estimated value: 200 lei without VAT
The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price.
