The Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement of professional training services, with the following specifications.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS TRAINING PROGRAM/ WORKSHOP

"Public procurement _ applications in the implementation of projects financed from structural funds"

• DURATION OF THE PROGRAM:
• 2 days, 6 hours of training/day, between 12:00-18:00 / training group 1
• 1 day each, 6 hours of training / day, between 12-6 p.m. / training groups 2 and 3

 

• VENUE OF THE PROGRAM: secondary headquarters of ADR North-West

 

• SUBTHEMES:
• Legislative changes in the field of procurement procedures;
• Correlation of the new legislative norms in the field of public procurement with the provisions of Oug. 66/2011 and Hg. 875/2011; Application of financial corrections;
• Special cases/cases and ways of solving them.

 

• REQUIREMENTS REGARDING THE LECTURERS who will support the training programs a :

Lecturer 1 (for group 1, on days 12-13 and for groups 2 and 3 on days 14-15 June)

• Higher economic / legal studies _Licentiate
• Certification as a TRAINER
• Professional experience in the monitoring / verification of public procurement and contribution to the development of the new legislative package in the field of public procurement, of at least 2 years

Lecturer 2 (for groups 2 and 3 on June 14-15 )

• Higher economic / legal studies _Licentiate
• Certification as a TRAINER
• Professional experience in the control/monitoring/verification of public procurements carried out within projects financed from structural funds, of at least 2 years

 

• PROGRAM PERIOD AND TARGET GROUPS:
• June 12-13 for Group 1_ Personnel with attributions in the field of project management and own operations; 12 PEOPLE
• June 14 for Group 2 _ Personnel with duties in the field of verification of projects financed from the ROP; 14 PEOPLE
• June 15 for Group 2 _ Personnel with duties in the field of verification of projects financed from the ROP. 14 PEOPLE

 

 

Estimated value without VAT –  maximum 385 lei / training day / employee

Estimated Total Value without VAT / training program maximum 20,020 lei

 

The financial offer is drawn up in lei, with and without VAT, and will contain the cost/participant and total value/training.
