Purchase object description (technical specifications):
- welcome coffee with espresso coffee, milk for coffee, sugar, water - 500 ml bottles of silver and mineral and sweet and salty pastry;
- coffee break: coffee, milk for coffee, sugar, water – bottles of 500 ml plata and mineral and sweet and salty pastry;
- masă de prânz – patru tipuri de sandwich / persoană (în chifle / minibaghete de 100 – 120 gr; înfoliate separat); variante de conținut – carne pui, legume, brânză, etc.
Napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic/paper cups), plates, cutlery, etc. will also be provided.
Valoarea estimată (fără TVA): 45 lei / pers x 20 = 900 lei
The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:
- Cost of catering services / participant;
- Total event cost
The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price.
