Obiect achiziţie:  Organizarea a doua seminarii de instruire, dupa cum urmeaza:

• seminar de instruire destinat beneficiarilor publici, privind implementarea proiectelor finanţate prin programul REGIO 2014 – 2020. Evenimentul este propus a avea loc joi, 09.08.2018.
• seminar de instruire destinat beneficiarilor privati, privind implementarea proiectelor finanţate prin programul REGIO 2014 – 2020. Evenimentul este propus a avea loc marti, 14.08.2018.

Valoarea estimata 40 lei + tva /participant  /eveniment

1. Servicii de catering pentru un număr estimativ de 12 de persoane  pentru data de 09.08.2018:
   1. Welcome coffee

• Cafea, lapte, pahare/cesti de unică folosință, zahăr alb/brun,
• Apa 1 sticlă apă plată 0,33 l / persoană + 1 sticlă apă minerală carbogazoasă la 0,33 l / persoană;
• Patiserie dulce/sărată
• fruits

1. b) Masa de pranz

• 1 kind of salad
• Sandwiches 2 pcs/person (different, one of which must be vegetarian with a bun with seeds)
• Desert

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before the event, which may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.
