The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, wishes to purchase catering services for the purpose of organizing a working meeting for the beneficiaries, regarding the problems encountered during the implementation of the projects financed by the REGIO 2014-2020 program

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Regarding the acquisition of:  Servicii de catering pentru un număr estimat de 40 de persoane

Purchase object: Organizare seminar de instruire destinat beneficiarilor publici, privind implementarea proiectelor finanţate prin programul operațional regional REGIO 2014 – 2020.

Purchase object description:

Welcoming coffee cu cafea espresso, ceai, lapte pentru cafea, zahar, apă – sticle de 0,33 ml apă minerală plată și apă minerală carbogazoasă; patiserie dulce și sărată;

Bufet suedez care să includă gustare rece:

• – cel puțin 6 tipuri de aperitive

  -salată

  – pâine

  Valoarea estimată (fără TVA): 40 lei + TVA

 

The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

 

Livrarea se va face în data de 7 Martie 2019, la ora 9:30 la sediul ADR Nord-Vest din Calea Dorobanților nr. 3, Cluj-Napoca.

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:

Cost of catering services / participant;

Total event cost

Criteriul utilizat pentru atribuirea contractului este  Preţul cel mai scăzut.

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before the event, which may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.
