The Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, wishes to purchase catering services for the purpose of organizing a business meeting.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Regarding the acquisition of: meeting and conference services organized at the hotel
Purchase object: Organization of Enterprise Europe Network national meeting, 18 September 2019, BISNet Transylvania project – 831296
Location: Cluj-Napoca, central hotel, own parking.
Purchase object description (technical specifications):
- Conference room rental
Conference hall for one day, with a capacity of approximately 60 seats in the following conditions: theater-style arrangement, with a presidium table equipped with a microphone; equipment – sound system, video projector and projection screen, two mobile microphones, flipchart; table for registering participants at the entrance.
Estimated value: 1,000 lei + VAT
- Catering services for approximately 60 people to ensure:
Two coffee breaks for each ensuring:
coffee, milk, white / brown sugar;
water – 1 bottle of still mineral water 0.33 l / person + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water 0.33 l / person;
tea – 3 varieties – mint, fruit, green, with honey and lemon, white / brown sugar;
sweet / salty pastry (total 100 gr / person).
Glasses, cups, mugs, plates, napkins will be provided.
Estimated value: 20 lei + VAT / person / break + VAT
Total: 40 lei / person + VAT
Lunch
Swedish buffet lunch containing a normal menu consisting of:
soup / soup – 2 dishes;
main course – 2 types of meat and 2 types of side dishes;
salad;
dessert - 2 dishes;
bread;
still / sparkling mineral water in glass bottles of 750 at each meal.
Estimated value: 55 lei + VAT / person.
Dinner (Swedish buffet type) composed of:
Cold snacks - 4-5 different assortments, approximately - 200 gr / person
Main course – 2 types of meat and 2 types of side dishes;
salad;
dessert - 2 dishes;
bread;
still / sparkling mineral water in glass bottles of 750 at each meal.
Estimated value: 65 lei + VAT / person
Total catering services: 160 lei + VAT / person
The final number of participants (which may be higher or lower than the initial estimated number) will be sent two days before the event.
Term of delivery/performance/execution: September 18, 2019
Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
