Purpose of purchase: the purchase of canteen and catering services is necessary for the organization of the meeting of the Steering Committee for the elaboration of the Smart Specialization Strategy of the Northwest Region

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobatilor no 3, ADR North-West secondary headquarters

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

Coffee break composed of:

– espresso coffee, tea, condensed milk, for coffee, brown sugar

– mineral & flat water in 0.33 L or 0.5 L bottles (2 bottles/person)

– selection of teas (minimum 3), hot water for tea

– salty and sweet pastry (50g/participant)

– mini sandwiches

Napkins, glasses, cups, mugs, plates, cutlery will also be provided.

Services included: Transport + Setting up and decorating the buffet + Disposal

Estimated value/person: 30 lei / participant without VAT for catering services

Estimated number of participants: approximately 30 people.

The final number of participants will be confirmed 1 day before the event, which may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.

Duration of the event: 2.5 hours

Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
