The Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement of photography services on the InvestEU project

Technical specifications for photography services 2017

The requested shooting style is predominant photojournalist, all stages and key moments of the events/photo sessions must be captured, through the most expressive images (details and atmospheric frames), to be published online or in the press.

The photos will be used for printed and online materials.

Will take place two photo sessions, indoor and outdoor, between May and June 2017.

• the average duration of an event photo session is4-12 hours;
• on-site photos will be provided for online publication
• will be taught approx 100of photos per photo shoot;
• all photos taken will be photos primarily edited;
• the most successful 10 photos for each event will be advanced processing

ADR Nord-Vest will announce with a minimum five days calendar ahead location, opening hours. The events/photo shoots can take place in various locations in the region, but the logistics (transportation from Cluj-Napoca to the event) will be provided by ADR Nord-Vest.

The photographs will become the property of ADR Nord-Vest and will not be used by the executor, falling under the confidentiality clause.

The offer is posted in the SEAP electronic catalog, at the code CPV 79961000-8 Photography services and will have the name:photo services INVESTEU-ADR NV

The language of the offer is Romanian. The financial offers are drawn up with the highlighting of the unit price / photo session and the total value with and without VAT. The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price
