INVITATION AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, wishes to purchase catering services.
Event: Meeting of the Regional Committee of Representatives - RCIA project
Location: Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3
Date: May 18, 2017. The duration of the event is approximately 4 hours (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.).
Number of participants: maximum 20 people.
The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

Catering services:
- welcome coffee with espresso coffee, milk for coffee, sugar;
- still and mineral water (with bubbles), large bottles of 1.5 l– 2 l; calculated amount 300 ml / person. (equal amount of plain water and mineral water).
- sweet pastry (preferably variegated apple pie and / or sweet cheese) approximately 100 gr / person;
- salty pastry (salties and or salty mini pâtés with mushrooms, salty cheese, etc.), about 100 gr / person;
- two types of sandwich / person (in mini baguettes of 100 – 120 gr; wrapped separately); content variants – (chicken, vegetables, cheese, etc.)
- napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic/paper cups), plates, cutlery, etc. will be provided.
Estimated value is 22 lei / person + VAT.
Estimated total for a maximum of 20 people - 440 lei + VAT.
The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the cost / participant.
