Regarding the acquisition of: conference room rental services and catering services

Purchase object: in order to organize two training seminars, one for private beneficiaries and one for public beneficiaries, regarding the implementation of projects financed by the REGIO 2014-2020 program. The events are proposed to take place as follows:

1. September 18, 2018, seminar dedicated to private beneficiaries - estimated number of participants - 17 people
2. September 20, 2018, seminar dedicated to public beneficiaries - estimated number of participants - 12 people

Location: North-West ADR headquarters, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

1. Catering services:
   1. Welcome coffee
      1. Coffee, milk, disposable glass/cups, white/brown sugar
      2. Water 1 bottle of flat water 0.33l/person + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water at 0.33l/person

• Sweet/savory pastry

1. fruits

1. Lunch
   1. 1 kind of salad
   2. Sandwiches 2 pcs/person (different, one of which must be vegetarian with a bun with seeds)

• Desert

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before each event, which may be higher or lower than the initial estimated number.

Period: September 18-20, 2018

Other conditions: delivery is made on 12.09.2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the headquarters of ADR Nord-Vest, Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no 3

Estimated value: 40 lei/person..
