The final version of the Applicant's Guide - Specific conditions for accessing funds under the call for projects with the title POR/2019/3/3.1/A/"PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS"/1/7 Regions, Priority Axis 3, Investment Priority 3.1, Operation A - Residential buildings / Photovoltaic systems, Call dedicated to the Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM), within the Regional Operational Program (ROP) 2014-2020, was approved on 28.05.2019, by order of the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Regional Development and Administration public, and will be published on the program website www.inforegio.ro.
The specific guide contains the specific information needed to open the call for projects with the title POR/2019/3/3.1/A/"PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS"/1/7 Non-competitive regions, with a deadline for submitting funding applications, regarding the specificity of the projects, the method of completing and submitting the funding application, eligibility conditions, evaluation criteria, a description of the stages of verification, evaluation, contracting of the projects. Also included are instructions for completing the Funding Application by the applicant.
Submission of financing applications is done using the electronic system - the MY SMIS application.
This investment priority will be implemented by means of projects that propose the financing of approved investments to natural persons in compliance with the conditions imposed by the Financing Guide of the Program regarding the installation of photovoltaic panel systems for the production of electricity, in order to cover the necessary consumption and delivery of the surplus in the national network, approved by the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of the Environment no. 1287/05.12.2018, financing guide applicable to final beneficiaries.
Projects will be submitted starting on 14.06.2019, 10.00 a.m., and funding requests can be submitted until 14.09.2019, 10.00 a.m.
