The order of the Minister of Development, Public Works and Administration no. 1586/10.08.2022 for the approval of the methodology regarding the adjustment of prices and the value of general budgets within the projects financed from non-reimbursable external funds, according to GEO 64/2022 and for the amendment of the Annex "Applicant's Guide, General Conditions for accessing funds under the Regional Operational Program 2014- 2020", approved by Order of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration no. 1021/2015, with subsequent amendments and additions for public procurement contracts/sectoral works contracts financed by the Regional Operational Program 2014 – 2020

Beneficiaries of financing contracts concluded under the Regional Operational Program 2014 - 2020 can adjust the public procurement contracts by adjusting the prices and the value of general budgets within the projects financed from non-refundable external funds according to the Methodology approved by the Order of the Minister of Development, Public Works and Administration no. 1586/10.08.2022.

This order was approved to implement the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 64/2022 and for the amendment of the Annex "Applicant's guide, General conditions for accessing funds under the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020", approved by Order of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration no. 1021/2015, with subsequent amendments and additions for public procurement contracts/sectoral works contracts financed by the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020.
