Any comments and proposals can be sent in editable format to info@mdrap.ro within 5 days from the publication of the document on the website (February 29, 2020, 24:00).

The specific objective of this priority axis is to increase the degree of coverage with social services.

Investment priority 8.1 supports investments in health and social infrastructures that contribute to development at national, regional and local levels, reducing health inequalities and promoting social inclusion by improving access to social, cultural and recreational services, as well as the transition from institutional services to services provided by local communities.

The funding available under this call is addressed to social service providers, alone or in partnership, who propose projects regarding the deinstitutionalization of children from foster care centers that they are about to close.

The minimum value of a project is at least 200,000 euros, and the maximum is 1 million euros.

We specify that the guide was revised following the closure of the first two calls dedicated to the vulnerable group "children", for the relaunch of the third call it is necessary to modify the eligibility criteria.

Requests submitted by potential applicants that involve analyzes regarding compliance with the provisions of the specific guide, respectively regarding compliance/eligibility criteria, will not be answered. AMPOR will carry out those checks only for funding applicants, after the opening of the call for projects.
