The POR Management Authority approved the final version of Applicant's Guide – Specific conditions for accessing funds for the ROP related call, Priority Axis 10 Improving the educational infrastructure, Investment Priority 10.1 Investments in education and training, including vocational training, for the acquisition of skills and lifelong learning through the development of infrastructures of education and training, Specific Objective 10.3 Increasing the relevance of university tertiary education in relation to the labor market and competitive economic sectors, within the Regional Operational Program (POR) 2014-2020.

The guide contains the necessary information in order to open the 2017/10/10.1/10.3/1 POR project call regarding the specificity of the projects, the way to complete and submit the funding application, eligibility conditions, evaluation criteria, a description of the verification stages , evaluation, contracting of projects. Also included are instructions for completing the Funding Application by applicants.

Funding applications are submitted using the electronic system - the MY SMIS application, between November 24, 2017, 12:00 p.m. and April 24, 2018, 12:00 p.m.
