Purchase object description (technical specifications):
- Servicii catering 18.09.2017 – 150 persoane
- Welcoming Coffee break composed of:
- Still/mineral water at 0.33 litres
- Coffee (including condensed milk, etc.)
- fruits
- Patiserie dulce si sarata
- Lunch composed of:
- 2 feluri de de salata,
- main course (two types of meat and two types of side dishes),
- desert,
- juices,
- coffee, milk for coffee,
- mineral water and flat water.
- The vegetarian option will be provided (the number of people will be communicated one day before)
Costuri estimate a) 18.09.2017: 150 pers.* 70 lei plus TVA = 10.500 lei plus TVA (punctele 1 și 2)

- 30 pers. * 70 lei plus TVA = 2100 lei plus TVA serv. catering (punctele 1 și 2)
Total b) 19.09.2017 =2.100 lei plus TVA
Oferta financiară se intocmeste in lei cu si fara TVA si va conţine costurile grupate astfel:
- Cost catering/participant, separate pentru fiecare din punctele a 1, 2 si b 1, 2;
- Total event cost
