The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to send the offer for catering services.
Eveniment: Întâlnire Comitet Regional de Reprezentanţi – CRR (proiect TRAM).
Location: Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3
Data: 27 aprilie 2017. Durata evenimentului este de 7 ore (intervalul orar 10:00 – 17:00).
Number of participants: maximum 20 people.

Catering services:
- welcome coffee with espresso coffee, milk for coffee, sugar, water - 500 ml bottles of silver and mineral and sweet and salty pastry;
- coffee break: coffee, milk for coffee, sugar, water – bottles of 500 ml plata and mineral and sweet and salty pastry;
- masă de prânz – patru tipuri de sanwich / persoană (în chifle / minibaghete de 100 – 120 gr; înfoliate separat); variante de conținut – carne pui, legume, brânză, etc.
Napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic/paper cups), plates, cutlery, etc. will also be provided.
Estimated value is 45 lei / person + VAT.
Total estimat pentru maxim 20 persoane – 900 lei +TVA.
Oferta financiară se întocmește în lei cu şi fără TVA şi va conţine costul / participant.
