Purchase of catering services

Hereby, the Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement of Scatering services on 28.10.2017.

Purchase object: Catering services and food service for the participants of the SME Organics project award event

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

  • Lunch for 150 people:
    • fixed menu, Swedish buffet, composed of: a course I (2 types of soup with meat and vegetables, in equal portions), a main course II (based on mixed meat, potatoes and salad), a dessert (a cake - for 100 people), bread and juices (100 bottles of 0.33/0.5 l)
    • the meal will be served between 13:30 and 15:00, at the location of the event
    • includes table service, with 5 waiters, includes crockery, plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins
  • Dinner for 80 people:
    • Swedish buffet, consisting of: platters with charcuterie, cheeses and assorted vegetables/pickles, 3 types of cold salads (without meat), 3 types of main course (based on meat, sized according to the number of people), dessert, mineral water and flat, bread, juice.
    • the meal will be served between 18:30 and 21:00, at the location of the event
    • includes table service, with 3 waiters, includes crockery, plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins
  • The meal will be served at the location of the event, in the premises of USAMV Cluj-Napoca, in a dining room; the exact number of people will be communicated 2 days before the event

The bidders will send the bids by email to the address ioana.neag@nord-vest.ro, Financial offers are drawn up by highlighting the unit price in lei without VAT/person and total value.

The language of the offer is Romanian.

The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price

Estimated value: 9140 lei with VAT included
