Purchase object description (technical specifications):

• Legislation access services, required for 22 users (departments);

• Online access to updated legislation, covering at least: Romanian legislation with application rules, EU legislation, access to the Official Gazette part I bis (online or on request at no additional cost), judicial practice, jurisprudence, comparative regulations, document alerts, dictionary legal;

• Daily update of the legislative database (working days);

• Minimum functionalities of the online legal information package:
  • VIEWING: the normative act from the Romanian and EU legislation section can be viewed at any calendar date from the present, past and future;
  • SEARCH: search by word or phrase;
  • NAVIGATION: moving to the normative acts related to the consulted normative act.
