The Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement Car washing services provided by ADR NV between February 1, 2017 - December 31, 2017, in Cluj-Napoca.

 Estimated value 6710 lei without VAT

 - maximum 3 exterior washes per month/month/car

- an interior/exterior/moon/car wash

The financial offers are drawn up highlighting the unit price and the total value with and without VAT. The unit price without VAT is highlighted for:

- exterior washing for sedan cars

- interior washing for sedan cars

- exterior washing for 4×4 cars

- interior washing for 4×4 cars

We mention that we own 7 sedan cars and a 4×4 car

Total value without VAT is calculated as follows:

( 3 X price of exterior wash for sedan cars (lei without VAT) x 7 cars + 1 X price of interior/exterior wash for sedan cars (lei without VAT) x7 cars + 3 X price of exterior wash for 4X4 cars (lei without VAT) x1 passenger car + 1 X interior/exterior wash price for 4X4 cars x 1 passenger car (lei without VAT) ) x 11 months.

 The value of the contract is adjusted according to the cumulative value of the services, respecting the unit prices in the contract.

The car wash must be mandatory in Cluj-Napoca.

 Interested bidders will publish on the website https://www.e-licitatie.ro in the heading Procedures for awarding-direct purchases-catalog of products/services/works. The offer is posted in the SEAP electronic catalog, at the code CPV 50112300-6 Car washing services and similar services and will have the name:Car wash services ADR NV
