Catering services for December 12, 2019, at the headquarters of ADR Nord-Vest in Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, Cluj-Napoca

Purchase object: Ensuring catering services for the Regional Committee meeting

Representatives, December 12, 2019, at the headquarters of ADR Nord-Vest in Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, Cluj-Napoca, Regional Alliance of Creative Industries Project – RCIA

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

Catering services for an estimated number of 14 people.

  • welcome coffee with espresso coffee, milk for coffee, sugar, sweet and salty pastry (approximately 80 ….. 100 gr / person);
  • Swedish buffet including a cold snack (at least 6 types of appetizers – e.g. meat roulade, canapés, bouches, boboş with cheese, roulades, etc.) – minimum quantity 250 gr / pers.; dessert - 2 varieties, minimum quantity - 100 gr.
  • napkins, disposable cups, plates, cutlery, etc. will be provided.

Estimated value (without VAT): 58 lei / participant

The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

The delivery will be made on December 12, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. at the headquarters of ADR Nord-Vest in Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, Cluj-Napoca.
