Purchase object: Catering services for participants at the opening of the POCA project "Strengthening the dialogue between APL and entrepreneurial ecosystems in the North-West Region"

Description of purchase object (technical specifications): for 25 people, in Cluj-Napoca

  • Salty and sweet pastry
  • Coffee (including milk/condensed milk and brown sugar) 
  • Still water (500 ml): flat (25 pcs) and mineral (25 pcs) 

The following will be provided: tablecloths, napkins, glasses, teaspoons, (cardboard) plates.

Estimated value in lei without VAT: 36 lei/person

Contract: NOT

Term of delivery/performance/execution: September 20, 2022

  • The exact location will be in Cluj-Napoca, at the headquarters of ADR Nord-Vest, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, Cluj county
  • The exact number of people will be communicated 1 day before the event
  • In case of health problems or force majeure, the service can be canceled a maximum of 1 day before
  • Payment will be made later, based on the receipt report and the invoice issued by the supplier

Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
