Purchase object: Catering services for the event dedicated to Bistrița-Năsăud county within the REGIO Caravan for the promotion of projects financed by ROP 2014–2020

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

Catering services, Swedish buffet, for an estimated number of 50 people:

Welcome coffee:

  • Coffee, milk, tea, white/brown sugar – 1 coffee/tea/pers
  • Mineral water 0.33l/Plain water 0.33l – 2 pcs/pers
  • Carbonated and natural juices – 200ml+200ml/pers
  • Sweet/savory pastry:
  • horn
  • pretzels, sticks
  • homemade croissants - 100gr/pers

Lunch:

  • Traditional aperitif - 200gr/pers
  • Cheese appetizer - 150 gr/pers
  • Vegetables - 100gr/person
  • Chicken/pork/trout main course:
  • 100g chicken/person
  • 100g pork/person
  • 100 gr trout / pers
  • Toppings of your choice:
    • - mushrooms, grilled vegetables, potatoes with mozzarella - 150gr/pers
  • Traditional bulz - 100gr/pers
  • Dessert: apple cake, pineapple cake - 100gr/pers
  • Fruits: pears, plums, melons, grapes
  • Traditional braided homemade bread - 150gr/pers
  • Cutlery and crockery for serving dishes

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before the event, it may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.

The delivery will be made on September 13, 2022 at Teleki Castle, Posmus, Bistrita-Năsăud county, according to the following operator:

10:30 a.m. – Welcome coffee

12:30 p.m. – Products for lunch

The financial offer is drawn up in lei, with and without VAT

Estimated value: 160 lei/person without VAT
