Purchase object: Catering services for the event dedicated to Sălaj County within the REGIO Caravan for the promotion of projects financed by the 2014-2020 ROP

Location: Porolissum Hall of the Sălaj Culture and Art Center, Square 1 Decembrie 1918 no. 12, Zalău

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

Catering services, Swedish buffet, for an estimated number of 50 people:

Welcome coffee:

  • Coffee, milk, cups, white/brown sugar – 100 ml/person;
  • Water 1 bottle of still mineral water 0.33 l/person + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water 0.33 l/person;
  • Carbonated and natural juices – 0.33l/person;
  • What do you have varieties: mint, fruit and green, hot water, sugar (brown and white) – 0.2l/person;
  • Pastry sweet/savory (eg: biscuits with almonds, mini choux a la creme, mini croissants with butter, mini assorted pastries) – 200g/pers.

Lunch:

  • Swedish buffet lunch:
    • Appetizers: chicken schnitzel, meatballs, meat roll, cheese roll, croquettes, crispy, roll, chicken breast in bacon, blue gordon, wings, pepper, tomato, telemea, olives, cucumber – 300g/person
    • Hot snack:
      • Basic preparation:
        • au gratin boneless chicken thigh - 150g/pers
        • grilled pork neck - 150 g/pers
        • white sauce - 30g/person
      • Gasket:
        • potatoes au gratin - 200 g
        • mixed salad - 150 g
    • Desert: cake – 150gr/person
    • The water: 1 bottle of still mineral water 0.33 l/person + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water 0.33 l/person
    • Assortments of bread - 150 gr/person
    • Cutlery and crockery for serving dishes.

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before the event, it may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.

The delivery will be made on September 21, 2022 at the Porolissum Hall of the Sălaj Culture and Art Center, Piața 1 Decembrie 1918 no. 12, Zalău, according to the following operator:

10:30 a.m. – Welcome coffee

12:30 p.m. – Products for lunch

The financial offer is drawn up in lei, with and without VAT

Estimated value: 125 lei/person without VAT
