Regarding the purchase of: Catering services

Purchase object: Catering services for the event dedicated to Maramureș County within the REGIO Caravan for the promotion of projects financed by the 2014-2020 ROP

Location: Saint Joseph the Confessor Pastoral Cultural Center, Sighetul Marmației, Str. Iuliu Maniu no. 31

Purchase object description (technical specifications):

Catering services, Swedish buffet, for an estimated number of 50 people:

Welcome coffee:

  • Coffee, milk, cups, white/brown sugar – 100 ml/person;
  • Water: still mineral water 0.5 l/person + carbonated mineral water 0.5 l/person;
  • Tea - different varieties: mint, fruit, green, white/brown sugar - 200 ml;
  • Sweet and savory pastry – 200 g/person: cake, wasp's nest, biscuits, spirals, croissants, pretzels.

Lunch:

  • Swedish buffet lunch:
    • Cold snack: zucchini/eggplant/pesto bruschetta, sesame meatballs, chicken nuggets with chilly sauce, meat roulade, Caesar salad, cheese terrine with olives and peppers, olives, cucumbers – 300 g/person
    • Hot snack: Pork tenderloin with potatoes au gratin and mushroom sauce/Sarmale with cream – 400 g/person.
    • The water: still mineral water 0.5 l/person + carbonated mineral water 0.5 l/person;
    • Cutlery and tableware are provided for serving the dishes.

The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before the event, it may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.

The delivery will be made on September 28, 2022 at the Pastoral Cultural Center of Saint Joseph the Martyr, Sighetul Marmației, Str. Iuliu Maniu no. 31 according to the following developer:

10:30 a.m. – Welcome coffee

12:30 p.m. – Products for lunch

Estimated value in lei without VAT: 125 lei + VAT/participant;

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:

  • Cost of catering services/participant;
