Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications. 

Delivery location: ADR NV headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no 3, on November 8. The delivery time will be communicated one day before the event.
