TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Regarding the acquisition of: Providing catering services for the IMP3rove Academy Innovation training session, for November 26-27, 2019, at the headquarters of ADR Nord-Vest in Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, Cluj-Napoca, BISNet Transylvania project – 831296

Purchase object description (technical specifications):
Catering services for an estimated number of 15 people.
for each of the two days the following products must be provided:
- espresso coffee (2 coffees each), tea, milk for coffee, sugar,
- water – 2 bottles / person, 0.5 ml bottles (1 bottle of flat mineral water + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water);
- sweet and salty pastry - 150 grams of pastry (75 gr. sweet pastry + 75 gr. salty pastry).
- Glasses, plates (disposable), napkins will be provided.
Estimated value (without VAT): 17.5 lei/person/day (35 lei/person/2 days) + VAT
The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.
The delivery will be made on November 26 and 27, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. at the headquarters of ADR Nord-Vest in Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, Cluj-Napoca.
Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
