Purchase object: Catering services and event organization for the first meeting of the Regional Planning Committee (CRP) for the development of the 2021-2027 RDP
Purpose of purchase: Catering services and event organization for the first CRP meeting 2021-2027

Purchase object description (technical specifications):
Coffee break composed of: Coffee // Mineral water & flat // Tea with honey and lemon // Natural juices // Acidulated juices // Mini sandwiches with chicken schnitzel // Mini sandwiches with ham // Mini sandwich- uri with ham and cheese // Sweet & salty pastry.
Napkins, glasses, cups, mugs, plates, cutlery will also be provided.
Estimated value/person: 45 lei / participant without VAT for catering services and 1400 lei without VAT for room rental
Estimated number of participants: approximately 45 people.
The final number of participants will be confirmed 1 day before the event, which may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number.
