- Catering services for an estimated number of 70 people (for 2 breaks):
- 2 * Coffee, milk, disposable cups, white/brown sugar
- 2 * Water flat/mineral at 0.33l with glass packaging
- 2 * Tea 3 varieties: mint, fruit and green, hot water
- 2 * 200 g Pastry sweet/salty
- fruits
- A conference room (not located in the basement or semi-basement) with a minimum capacity of 60 participants is required
- Theater type arrangement
- Equipment: sound system, laptop with video projector and projection screen, presidium
- 2 mobile microphones,
- flip chart
- 2 tables for registration at the entrance to the hall;
The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:
- Cost of catering services / participant;
- Cost of the conference room
- Total event cost
The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price.
