Obiect achiziţie: achiziție servicii restaurant – organizarea expoziției foto itinerante „10 ani de RO si BG in UE” si vizita delegatiei EDIC Veliko Tarnovo

Descriere obiect achiziţie (specificaţii tehnice): se achizitioneaza urmatoarele servicii de restaurant in Cluj-Napoca:

23.11.2017- cina 5 persoane

24.11.2017 – pranz 5 persoane

25.11.2017- pranz 5 persoane

26.11.2017- pranz 5 persoane

The final number of participants will be announced one day before the event.

Se solicita pentru fiecare masa:

  • 2 feluri de salata, la alegere
  • main course (two types of meat and two types of side dishes, of your choice),
  • desert,
  • fruits
  • coffee, milk for coffee,
  • mineral water and flat water.
  • Se va asigura varianta vegetariana

Costuri aproximative totale: 1400 lei plus TVA

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as such:

  • Cost catering/participant, separate pentru fiecare pozitie in parte
  • Total event cost
