Purpose of purchase: the purchase of catering and event organization services - for the purpose of organizing an entrepreneurial discovery event and promoting the INNO Investment and Innovation Platform and the call for projects dedicated to smart specialization. The event aims to increase the notoriety of the concept of smart specialization in the regional ecosystem, as well as the organization of focus groups for entrepreneurial discovery, in which to generate project ideas and to form a portfolio of regional projects, which could be proposed to funding in the upcoming financial year 2021-2027. The purpose of creating a portfolio of integrated projects in the fields of smart specialization, projects that have strategic value from the perspective of the smart specialization process, is to synchronize programmatic activities for the future budget cycle and to prevent future selection actions for the programming period 2021- 2027.

The rooms will be modern, at least 350 m2 (total), with presidium and lectern, with air conditioner, projector, projection screen, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 mobile microphones and will have a capacity of 80-100 people, 70 people and 30-40 people.

Estimated value: 

185 lei / participant without VAT for catering services: 3 coffee breaks (3 types: 1 for the beginning of the event, 1 for the presentation section, 1 for the entrepreneurial discovery focus group section), 1 lunch
1600 lei without VAT for renting 3 rooms

The final number of participants will be confirmed 1 day before the event, which may be higher or lower than the initially estimated number. Duration of the event: 9 hours

Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
