The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Contracting Authority, invites you to participate in the public procurement for catering services for the organization of the event Work meeting on investment priority 3.2, from June 7, 2017.

The catering services will consist of will be delivered to the headquarters of ADR NV in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3, for an estimated number of 15 people,

For 15 people, they will provide: coffee, milk for coffee, sugar, water, juices (cola, orange), tea and sweet (25%), salty (25%) with mushrooms (25%) and meat (25%) pastries. Napkins, glasses, cups, mugs (or plastic/paper cups), plates will also be provided.

Estimated value 900 lei + VAT

The financial offer is drawn up in lei with and without VAT and will contain the costs grouped as follows:
