• Viewing the car and the place of the auction: Calea Dorobantilor Nr. 3, Cluj Napoca.
• Date of the auction: 11.04.2022 at 11:00 a.m.
• In case of non-awarding at the first deadline, this will be repeated after at least 5 days from the date of the previous one.
• Starting price: 5686.40 lei
• Any natural or legal person who is a potential buyer can participate in the public auction, who presents, by the date of the auction meeting, the following documents:
  • Receipt for payment of the auction participation fee;
  • Copy of the Registration Certificate at the Trade Register and the tax code for Romanian legal entities or the identity document for natural persons.
  • Signed declaration of consent regarding the protection of personal data (for natural persons)
• The tender registration documentation shall be submitted at least one working day before the date of the tender.
