• PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE PROGRAM: the program can be run anytime during the first half of February 2018
• DURATION OF THE PROGRAM: maximum 4 days of training
• VENUE OF THE PROGRAM: in Romania
• ACCOMMODATION/BOARDING CONDITIONS: 3-star hotel, with full board, if it takes place outside Cluj-Napoca
• FAVORITE TOPICS: Communication and public relations
• SUBTHEMES/ ELEMENTS OF THE COURSE: Professional training package on topics in the field of communication (communication flows, organizational communication), public relations and crisis management
• VOCATIONAL TRAINING PACKAGE PRICE:

Estimated value in lei without VAT:

• maximum 1,000 lei without VAT, professional training services tax (for the situation in which it is carried out in Cluj-Napoca)
• maximum 2,050 lei without VAT, tax for professional training services and 3-star hotel services (for the situation in which it takes place outside the city of Cluj-Napoca)

The costs of the professional training package will be broken down as follows:

• Course participation costs + ANC certification
• Accommodation costs for 3 nights, with full board in a 3-star hotel, if the course takes place outside Cluj-Napoca

The criterion used for awarding the contract is The lowest price.
