Eligible applicants:

• Non-agricultural SMEs in the urban environment
• Medium-sized non-agricultural enterprises in rural areas
• The applicant has carried out activity in the field (CAEN class) targeted for investment for a period of at least 3 calendar years before the submission of the financing application, did not have the activity temporarily suspended at any time during this period and recorded a profit from exploitation in the fiscal year prior to the submission funding request.
• The applicant obtained income from exploitation in the field (CAEN class) targeted for investment in each of the last 3 completed financial years.
• The applicant registered an average number of employees of at least 5, in the fiscal year prior to submitting the financing request.

Priority Axis 9 – Supporting the economic and social regeneration of disadvantaged communities in the urban environment

Investment priority ( PI ) 9.1 Community-led local development (CLLD)

• Specific Objective (OS): Reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, through integrated measures;

CLLD Actions integrated through:

• investments in housing infrastructure - construction/rehabilitation/modernization of social housing
• investments in health infrastructure, social services – rehabilitation/modernization of integrated medico-social community centers;
• investments in education infrastructure - construction/rehabilitation/modernization of pre-university education units (nurseries, kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, etc.);
• investments in improvements to the degraded urban space of the disadvantaged community respectively:
  • construction/rehabilitation/modernization of buildings to accommodate various social, community, cultural, leisure and sports activities, etc.;
• the creation/rehabilitation/modernization of urban public spaces (non-modernized streets, including the rehabilitation/modernization of public utilities, undeveloped green areas, abandoned lands, pedestrian and commercial areas, etc.);
• building/equipment of the infrastructure of social insertion economy enterprises.
