Today, November 21, 2016, the meeting of the Regional Development Council of the Northwest Development Region took place in Zalău. Among the most important items on the agenda was the appointment of Mr. TIBERIU MARC, President of the Sălaj County Council and Mr. SANDOR PASZTOR, President of the Bihor County Council, as president and vice-president, respectively, of the Council for Regional Development of the North-West Development Region
The members of our region were nominated in the Monitoring Committee of the ROP 2014-2020, as follows: titular member in the Monitoring Committee of the ROP, from the presidents of the county councils in the Region, the President of CDR Northwest, Mr. TIBERIU MARC, and the alternate member is the Vice-President of CDR Northwest, Mr. SANDOR PASZTOR. The second titular member of the ROP Monitoring Committee, from the business environment, academia, trade unions, civil society, is the Rector of UBB Acad. Prof. Univ. Dr. Ioan-Aurel Pop, and the alternate member is Mr. Prof. Dr. Ec. Dr. Eng. Stelian BRAD from the Cluj-Napoca Technical University.
The CDR members also approved the activity report of the North-West ADR for 2015, as well as the report for the first semester of 2016.
