Regarding the acquisition of: catering services

Purchase object: in order to organize two training seminars, one for private beneficiaries and another for public beneficiaries, regarding the implementation of projects financed by the REGIO 2014-2020 program. The events are proposed to take place as follows:
- November 6, 2018, seminar dedicated to private beneficiaries - estimated number of participants 15 people
- November 9, 2018, seminar dedicated to public benefits for an estimated number of participants 15 people

Purchase object description (technical specifications):
Estimated value 40 lei + VAT / participant

- Welcome coffee
- Coffee, milk, disposable glasses/cups, white/brown sugar,
- The water 1 bottle of still water 0.33 l / person + 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water at 0.33 l / the person;
- Pastry sweet/salty
- fruits
- Lunch
- 1 kind of salad
- Sandwiches 2 pcs/person (different, one of which must be vegetarian with a bun with seeds)
- Desert
The final number of participants will be confirmed one day before each event, which may be higher or lower than the initial estimated number.
Period: 6 and 9 November 2018, respectively
Award criteria: the lowest price / total offer, subject to the full fulfillment of the requirements and technical specifications.
