Purchase object: providing lunch for the AM POAT delegation that will come on the monitoring visit of SMIS projects 140803, 141736, 143478, 143479
Location: ADR North-West secondary headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor no. 3
Purchase object description (technical specifications): Catering services for an estimated number of 4 people as follows:
Lunch – 2 people
- Vegetable cream soup
- Salmon fillet with vegetables baked in the oven
- Cannoli Cake and Lemonadecomplicated
Lunch – 2 people
- Eggplant, pita, tomato salad
- Grilled chicken breast with baked potatoes, baked pepper salad
- Lemonade cheesecakecomplicated
The financial offer is drawn up in lei, with and without VAT, and will include the cost of delivery, cutlery and crockery for serving the dishes
Period: 04 October 2022
The number of participants will be announced at least one day before the event.
Estimated value: 60 lei/participant/lunch.
Will a service contract be concluded: No.
Award criteria: lowest price/total package, subject to full fulfillment of technical requirements and specifications.
